# `missing_key`

**HTTP 401** · The key is missing.

## Why it happens

The request has no `Authorization` header, or it does not start with `Bearer `.

## How to fix it

Send the header `Authorization: Bearer <your key>`. You create keys in the site dashboard, under **Keys**.
